Sunny-Side Sandwich!

This is really good and easy to make!!! When I was a kid I used to watch Studio Ghibly's film The Cat Returns every day. And every time they would show the scene where the mom is eating her sandwich with a  sunny side eggs on top. I would crave a sandwich exactly like hers. The problem was my parents didn't know how to make it the right way or at least the way I wanted it. Now that im older I can finally cook that sandwich I so wanted when I was a kid. The sandwich is basically a piece of bread with lettuce, cheese and a sunny-side up egg on the top!

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 2 slices of bread
• Lettuce or A box of mixed herbs
• 1 Egg
• Cheese (it can be any type, I usually do it with Pepper Jack Cheese)
• Salt & Pepper
• Butter

COOK IT:

1. Get the two slices of bread and  spread butter on top of it.
2. Pick a slice of bread and place the cheese you want on the top.
3. Place both slices of bread on the oven and let them toast. (3-6 minutes)
4. Grab a small pan and coat it with butter.
5. Gently break the egg and let it drop on the pan.
6. Cover the pan so the egg cooks on the top as well.
7. Watch your egg till the whites and yolk have reached the consistency you desired.
8. Check you slices of bread( which should be ready by now with the cheese melted) and remove them from the oven.
9. Place the slices of bread on a plate and check your egg. 
10. Once the egg is ready remove and place in slice of bread that does not contain the cheese.
11. Get your lettuce out and rinse it clean.
12. Place it in your slice of bread with cheese. 
13. Add a bit of salt & Pepper to your egg.
14. Place the egg on top of the lettuce and put remaining piece of bread on top to close.
15. EAT IT!! :3

30 Days till the Hunger Games!

30 more days till the Hunger Games!!

Excitement runs through my veins every time we get closer to March 23rd. I get chills just from watching the trailers imagine when I go watch the movie! The Hunger Games is currently my favorite book. Its a book that surprised me and left me speechless once I finished reading it. It all started in last years Book Fair. My friend bought the book and the sequel Catching Fire and started to read them. He tried to explain to me what the books were about but my brain just felt like believing it was a book of kids dying of hunger. That was my thought at first. Then he finished it and my other best friend finished it and they both told me I had to read them so they gave them to me.

For three month I had those books getting dusty in a bookshelf. One day my little brother had a soccer game and I decided, why not give the book a chance.(SPOILERS) I opened the book in the scene where they are interviewing Peeta and they had asked him if he had a girl back at the District. And he answered he fancies one girl but the sad thing was that she had come to participate in the Hunger Games with him. 

That was the kindle of my love for Hunger Games. My brain just realized I was lost! Who is that girl and what exactly are the Hunger Games and I started the book. Never in my life had I finished a book in one day! The Hunger Games was the first. The next day if I may say I finished the second one! So thats another book I had finished in one day. When I returned to my school the first thing that was on my mind was, when will she finish the third one?? 

Now not only did I read Mockingjay when it came out, but I was dreaming of the day they would make this trilogy a movie. That day has come and im excited and scared at the same time. Because I had so many emotions when reading the books that I just hope the movie captures those emotions too. So far they are doing a great job!

Bucket List: Watch Florence + The Machine in Concert!

I must see Florence + The Machine in concert before I die!! I just must!! You know when you know an artist and not everybody cares or truly loves that artist. Well this is my artist. Her voice is full of emotion, life and everything an artist needs to make them seem grandeur. Just imagine a bit of Celine Dion mixed with Adele and other renown artists. Thats how good Florence + The Machine are. Or at least thats how good I see them. People might disagree with me, but I will be their fan till the end. And I dream of the day in which I will be able to sing along to her songs live in concert!


She currently has two albums, Lungs & Ceremonial. Both of them well known and loved through UK and USA. She has a liking for vintage collection and clothing. Shes my inspiration and my idol. Forever live Florence and her music. Below I will future a video of my favorite song from her new albums Ceremonials. Travel Diary: Palomino

                                   Location:  Palomino, PR

This long weekend was one of the best and yet dangerous weekends of the month! My family and I decided to join a group of friends in their little boat get together at Palominos. I have to say I got burned badly!! But I have to look at the bright side, at least I wont look pale for a while. The weather was great, the wind was perfect and at night the stars were at its best! 

To finish our long weekend we decided to stop at Brass Cactus, in Luquillo.  Man was that Kahlua & Bailey Cheesecake good!!!

Dream House, location of the moment!

Once I managed to save enough money to build my dream house. One of the places I am thinking of making it is in Santorini, Greece! It is one of the most beautiful, calming, relaxing and extravagant places on this planet. Great beaches, good food, and unique architecture, what more could you ask for?

I would look for a house probably one floor, with lots of windows facing the ocean. I would like a patio where I could chill with friends, read a book or even be able to dip in the pool. A big kitchen wont be so bad since I fancy cooking. And the bathroom has to be extravagant. I believe your bathroom is one of the most important things in your house. It is the only place you will be able to escape to when you want a bit of freedom and silence. So therefore a good and comfortable bathroom and big bedrooms would be ideal in my dream house!

And I Realized Something!

Valentines Day! A day were lover express their passion to one another. A day were people express gratitude to their close friends. 
What did I do for Valentines Day? I managed to convince my mom on letting me spend the day at my old school. In which I came to the conclusion that I will be returning! I cant believe it took me 6 month to actually understand what my inner-self was trying to tell me. People are so convinced I love Carvin. But I dont, ever since I set foot in that place everything seemed wrong. And deep down inside, I have this humongous regret for leaving  Colegio Hector Urdaneta!I miss the sun, the beach, the people, the way everything is. Trust me I gave Carvin a chance, but every time it would just let me down even more.


I am the person I am today because of my old school. I am not the real Christian Bosch if im not in Colegio Hector Urdaneta. The school itself is my home and my childhood and my everything. And what better way to spend my senior year in the place where everything started? So therefore I came to the conclusion. I will be returning and Ill leave the gutter of the other school. I hope you all had a great Valentines Day cause I now I did!!

Sasha's First Day at the Beach

Congratulation Sasha!!! You made it through your first day at the beach! 

Since we are a family that is normally found somewhere near the beach, or sailing through the Atlantic Ocean. We were concerned of what we were going to do when we had a dog. Should we leave her with someone, should she stay home or should we take her with us on our boat. 

The answer all of us agreed on was to slowly train her. By taking her to the beach and making her get used to the sand and water. So today we started training and it went well! At first she was all scared of the waves but then she would just follow all of us and swim. She didn't stay in the water for a long time, since she really doesn't  like to feel wet. But she seemed to have enjoyed it!

Sadly the day had to end, but we will return sooner or later. Even more  tragic, school starts tomorrow. That means waking up early!Bah!! :S

Oh Happy Day!!

Today was amazing! It was the first time my best friend, Yomarie, managed to hang out with me and another close friend. You see we have been planning for her to hang out with us.But most of the time she cant go due to her parents or because we just didnt plan correctly. Gladly that wasn't a problem today!! 


We managed to eat pizza and go to Maggie Moo's. After that we just ate our ice-cream in the car and joked around the whole night. Nana (another great friend of mine that forms my love triangle) got crazy with the camera and started taking photos at everything. That was my happy day. A simple day that will be remembered forever. It will be another scar of happiness in my blog. For it is the simple things that we remember the most.
